The quiet setting means you can enjoy the peace of the countryside while still being well-connected. Please note: This is an older cottage with plenty of character. The stairs are original to the building — they’re solid and perfectly usable, but not modern or polished. They fit with the style of the property and add to its quirky charm. STRICTLY NO PARTIES / LARGE GATHERINGS (£500 fine) No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. Quiet Hours: To respect neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM. Hot Tub Rules: Please shower before use and follow safety instructions. Please keep the space clean and tidy during your stay. Keep food and drink out of the bedrooms to maintain cleanliness. No pets on the furniture to keep it in good condition. Please remove shoes when entering the house. Booking Policy \- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. \- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. \- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled). Oct 19, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Lovely space, hot tub fantastic, lovely clean sheets and bedding amazing safe garden for dogs. Property was quite tired, leaky taps and showers, draw handles that fell off, very old property. Upon arrival no tea towels or oven gloves, I messaged host and they provided but only 2 for 2 properties. No dishwasher tablets and not enough bin bags.The kitchen didn’t have enough crockery/mugs/glasses for 6 people for a weekend and wasn’t that well equipped either. Beds/settees/furniture very old tooWe had an amazing time on our annual friends get together but would have been more relaxing if we had everything we needed.I tried to work from the property but the internet was awful and phone signal very bad too ##### Nicola O.
