It was big enough for all 24 of us. I have 5 children and 13 grandkids. It was a great layout with the split game room and living room. The game room is amazing and was enjoyed by all of us. My only suggestion is that the bar needs to be secured. We had two incidents of a section almost tipping over. Both involving adults. I ended up with a bruised foot, if a child were to lean or grab the edge it could tip over on them causing serious injury. Jeff was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and willing to address any issues that arose. Great location, close to the lake. Convenience store on the corner is handy for anything you forgot. With Walmart and Brookshires about 15 minutes away. FYI house description does not list paper products in the amenities, which I over looked, so bring toilet tissue and paper towels for your stay. Lots of hot water, towels, and comfy beds. Spacious, clean, able to actually hold 19 women comfortably, well air conditioned, etc. We actually became cold because the AC worked so well and everyone had a bed, though some enjoyed the big couch for fun because it was so cozy. We watched movies, we all sat around the table for dinner (used other chairs and had 17 people at that time!) Jeff was very communicative though we didn’t need him (YAY).
