The property is better than the photos, the location is prefect for enjoying coastal walks and the town itself. The welcome pack was a great start to our break. The view from the breakfast bar was very relaxing, the sea being very close but also far enough away in rough weather. It's also nice to have excellent satellite tv reception and good wi-fi too. The allocated parking is also very handy in a place like Sheringham. We are looking forward to our next stay in Sheringham and in particular Gull View. The property was spotless and it was nice to have been left tea, coffee, milk and some extremely delicious cookies. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea only metres away is unforgettable, and being on my laptop or eating by the window in the living room while watching the waves was brilliant. Perfectly positioned for all the amenities of Sheringham and the parking space was very welcome. My daughter & I spent a week at Gull view & didn't want to leave. The property was immaculate, the welcome tray full of goodies & a hand written postcard from the owner was a lovely welcome. The views from Gull view are stunning & to be able to go to sleep & wake up to the sounds of the sea was bliss. When I wasn't out doing a coastal walk, I was glued to the little breakfast bar type table by the window, watching the sea. The location is amazing, just round the corner is a lovely tea room which we frequently visited, we watched a play at Sheringham Little Theatre & had a ride on the steam train. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the welcome pack was very generous (the marmalade was delicious).
