A Victorian bolthole right in the centre of Sheringham, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a calmer pace of life, 9 Morris Street is ideally located for all that this vibrant seaside town has to offer. The town and beach are both less than a minute walk away. House layout: Ground Floor Enter this charming Victorian house into the long hallway which leads to the staircase, living room and kitchen/dining room. The living room benefits from being South facing and therefore is flooded with natural light throughout the day. There is comfortable seating for 6 alongside a Smart TV, Victorian features and storage space for games. The Kitchen and dining room have been opened up to create a wonderfully sociable living area and are located towards the rear of the property. The dining room features a large dining table and chairs to seat 6\. There are also patio doors giving access to the rear courtyard. The kitchen boasts a range cooker with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Beyond the kitchen is a utility space featuring a washing machine, Belfast sink and a sideboard with crockery. From the utility, you can access a downstairs wet room featuring a shower, WC and basin. First Floor The first floor of this characterful period property offer 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an ensuite. Bedroom 1 is a spacious south facing super king size bedroom which benefits from a continuous stream of natural light as well as a ensuite shower room with WC and plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a large window overlooking the rear courtyard. Bedroom 3 boasts a king sized bed with an antique pine wardrobe for storage. The family bathroom is bright and boasts a bath with over head shower, WC and wash basin. Outside The front of the property is a paved area which leads to the street and lies opposite to a small car park. The rear of the property offers outdoor seating and shrubs, making it a relaxing area for al fresco dining after a long day at the beach. Notes Heating Gas Central Heating.
