Cottage is located close to the beach/promenade and is very calm.We only had some difficulties finding the key box and consider 4pm as late for check in (check out at 10am).There could be some more plates and the fridge was smelly, it was clean, but still smells.The house is nice and beds are comfortable.We enjoyed our stay. ##### K S. The house itself has been well equipped, renovated to a high standard and was very clean. The outside space was brilliant. Fabulous location in Sheringham: very close to the beach, shops and restaurants/cafe's. Only small quibbles that there is not a lot of storage space and there is extremely limited on street parking and so we used the paid car park getting a week long ticket which was reasonable. Also the wifi was not free. These are only very small quibbles and would not put us off staying here again or recommending to others. Info given from keys cottages was clear and useful and collecting/returning keys was hassle free. All in all, a great stay. ##### Gemma B.
