It is walking distance to downtown and would be a perfect place to stay during the rodeo. It was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. ##### J J. The basement apartment is a wonderful touch for staying with family. The beds are VERY firm, so depending on preference are not comfortable for some. ##### Aimee F. We rented this place to use for our son’s wedding party to stay in for the wedding weekend and it was perfect in every way! Spacious, Clean, Modern and incredible communication with the host.
