The location of this property is absolutely perfect. And for being right downtown, it is so quiet. The bed is pretty worn in and quite uncomfortable. And the pillows are huge and oversized. The closet is very cramped with a lot of things that were stuffed into it, making it very difficult to hang anything up. But if they get a new bed and some soft pillows, this place would be amazing! We stayed one night in Sheridan and chose this property over a traditional hotel because it looked cool and wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and nightlife. The loft style architecture was very cool, the construction was done well and fairly recent. The inside was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kids slept on the pullout couch with no complaints. We were not notified of the huge construction taking place, blocking the street however. Also, the oven was so dirty, that the place filled with smoke when we went to warm something up in it. Could not use because of that. No wash clothes provided, and only one towel each for a 4 night stay. Place was not really clean, and was disappointing. Also, the place had so many things that needed maintance, broken drawers in the bathroom. Water came through the windows when raining and ran across the floor. All three VRBO listings were by Dalton Goodyear and they didn’t disappoint. This was my favorite as it was perfect place to start the day grabbing coffee a short walk away, and to call home after a late dinner at restaurant just down the street. ##### Joseph D.
