Welcome to the center of activity in beautiful Sheridan, WY. You’ll find yourself perfectly located close to rodeo and fairground events in July, close to downtown street festivals throughout the summer, easy access to the hospital, interstate and major thoroughfares throughout town, all while being off the beaten path down an exclusive access street to the group of creekside townhomes. Walk across the bridge and you’ll be on the City’s Pathways system connecting you to all Sheridan’s Parks and

Located next to the creek and walking paths that connect the city parks and pathways, you can easily get to the YMCA, library, Kendrick City Park, Scoops ice cream stand, or pool.

To access the front door, please park in the lot directly across/east from the townhouse or in front of the garage and walk up the covered stairs in front of the building. The door is on the right at the top of the stairs.
