Dear Nicole, we apologize if the room was not cleaned properly, we have informed our housekeeping staff of your report. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and are sorry to see we did not meet your expectations.

Roxanne, if you look closley Expedia does state that we charge a 20.00 fee per pet. We do not have control over their website. We do have ample space for guests to walk leashed pets around the hotel which is landscaped on both sides and a large grassy area in back.
