#### Everything you need in a great location

Great location It’s was just felt like you were at home with all the little extras that were included. For example the pantry had food the fridge was also not bare and there was even washing powder ready in the laundry to use. Thanks so much for making it an easy comfortable stay 😊

Gee's house became our home for 3 weeks between moving out of our old house and into a new one. Gee (and his family who ran a spare key to us when we locked ourselves out) were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with. A second set of keys would be a useful addition.

#### Clean and basic house in a quiet neighbourhood

The house is clean and simple basic amenities were provided. Only wish was that they had more kitchen ware. We were a party of 7 ( House could accommodate 8 guests), but the dinnerware provided was only for 6 people, and only 4 set of cutlery provided. We had to request for more cutlery and this request was promptly met by the property manager the next day. The property manager is responsive to emails and communications.

#### Very comfortable

We stayed here whilst visiting family & the place was perfect for our needs. It's a very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes out of the city centre. The owner was easy to communicate with and had ensured we had everything we needed even adding extra snacks & a nice bottle of wine. Overall this was a very comfortable stay & I would highly recommend.
