This was our 3rd trip to this hotel, but our first since China had reopened to American visitors. Two of the three restaurants have closed and not reopened. The outside bar and vip area was closed. The outside pool was closed. The wait staff spoke poor or no English and the menu was severely limited. At Maro more than half the food was unavailable and their drink menu was almost non existent. The staff spoke little English. The front desk staff was kind and rooms were nice. I hated to see this property go down hill so badly. Now we will have to find somewhere else to stay at our next visit. :(

During the winter season, outdoor pool is temporarily closed for maintainence till the weather gets warmer but we still have the indoor pool fully opened. The 4 star Wow factor wasn’t there! Kinda SAD
It was to loud at night, the walls are thin! The TV is small, the carpets needed deep cleaning, the lamp behind the sofa was hard to turn on because you have to move the sofa, the crack between the two beds was uncomfortable and the USB socket near the bed didn’t work. The body soap isn’t 4 star quality! The breakfast was extremely good and the room was clean. Most likely wouldn’t stay here again! Kinda Sad to say this!

Excellent staff and very efficient check in and check out. This is the best hotel in Shenzhen, in my opinion. It was a Crowne Plaza years ago, but still have the excellent service and great food that it had before. Nice location in a busy city.

This hotel is very well located with convenient access to subway stations, the area around the hotel is very nice and full of good restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly, they take care of all the details, excellent cleaning and maintenance of every place in the room. Highly recommended

Great location. Very clean.
It is an excellent hotel. Good location. Very clean. Big bath room. However, we need to wait until 5 pm to get a room although we arrive at 3 pm.

Conveniently located in the heart of Hua Qiao Cheng but the lobby is a bit small, buffet breakfast just so-so, not particularly impressive given that it’s a 5-star hotel.

Shenzhen has a nice vibe and the area just off the beaten path near this hotel (Huaxia St) has some excellent street food and some chilled bars. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is near two theme parks but somehow this did not spoil it. Hotel is a little past its best but spacious and clean and overall a pleasant place to stay.

The room was big and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was oily, sugary and lacked healthier options. I understand that it won’t be western style and that it would be a fusion style breakfast. I asked if they had a certain type of Chineses breakfast food I know I like and tried to use some Chinese to do it . Two staff members laughed at me and left me feeling embarrassed. It regretted paying for breakfast.

great location for family getaway
walking distance to Window of the World, and within 20 minutes taxi ride from Futian train station. Staff was very helpful, though limited English level sometimes, but overall they have great attitude to entertain and meet guests needs.

This hotel is like the Venetian in Las Vegas in terms of decor. The location is great and there are lots of trees in Parkland around A great shopping mall is across the street.

Great hotel that tick most boxes.
Great location with access to the metro shopping and a good variety of restaurants on the doorstep. Tourists parks, museums & art galleries are a few steps further. Hotel service is first class, friendly and makes international visitors feel at home. The rooms are the equal of the best I have stayed in. I can confidently recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.
