We don’t have any aggrement with hotel.com”. Seriously??? I’ve report to hotel.com, after 2 times talk to the consultant, i still didn’t receive my refund. First time happen to me. I like hotel.com so much. Rooms were not reserved and hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel also used pictures that did not portray the actual condition of hotel.
