En dépit de la proximité de cette zone animée, l'hôtel est très calme et bien insonorisé. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel serviable et anglophone, avec un niveau plutôt meilleur que la moyenne (ce qui est important si vous ne parlez pas chinois). Chambres spacieuses, bien aménagées et avec de bons équipements (bureaux, sofas, douche à l'italienne, planche et fer à repasser, bouilloire, sélection de thés et café instantané...) Pas de service de restauration (room service ou restaurant), mais les environs proposent largement de quoi compenser pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Vous pouvez toutefois acheter des "instant noodles" à l'accueil de l'hôtel, mais c'est une option coûteuse et inintéressante par rapport aux nombreux restaurants et 7 eleven dans un rayon de 50 mètres de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10h (un peu tôt si vous voulez faire la grasse matinée le weekend), et propose le bon mix entre spécialités locales (congee, dum pin...) et occidentales (café, viennoiseries...).
