I was asked to upgrade to club status with full access to lounge and breakfast even though they do not have the executive club room. I accepted knowing the fact I will still be staying in a normal room. Every morning when I walked into the cafe for breakfast, they asked for my room number, and each time, they said I am not entitled to breakfast. This happened every morning during my stay. Treatment towards my relatives staying at the club room was also very bad at the club lounge. They showed the unwillingness to serve. Very bad for Shangrila standard.
