"The A/c kept the room cool. The pleasant smell as soon as you walk into the hotel is just amazing. It’s so inviting! It was just amazing to smell how nice and clean it was all the way to our room. Our restroom was beautiful and everything was clean. Best experience we’ve had! We really loved the small cooler. "

"Staff very rude, I couldn’t even check in to the hotel room I had reserved through Expedia! I paid for my trip via Expedia and once I arrived she had an issue with the type of card I was using. I understand policy, however I had already paid for the booking and was expecting to enter a room. I arrived after midnight in a completely different city just to be told “you paid Expedia, not us” and that I didn’t have a room secured like I thought. No attempt to make it right or get me in a room. They were ok with telling me “too bad” in a city I don’t live in! "

"We were a quick overnight stay between flights. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was close to the airport and shuttle service was good. Didn’t have time for breakfast, but ate dinner in the restaurant and it was good and a reasonable price."
