The man who checked me in was SO sweet and friendly. I didn't catch his name (he checked me in around 8:45pm), but his warm attitude made the stress from a 12 hour drive melt away. Will be back again.

Clean and Tidy
The hotel seemed to have a modern makeover which seemed to be eco friendly. I liked the way the mirror lighted up, and just the LED night light on the hair dryer was a nice feature. The check in clerk was kind, nice, and upbeat despite coming back to work after Pnuemonia. She still had a cough so I kept my distance. Everything worked and was supplied as needed, very happy

A very nice place, wonderful breakfast and staff. But it was noisy. Noise from being on the back side of the hotel facing the interstate, from the loud heater in the room, and from loud middle-of-the-night talking in the neighboring room. Overall, though, a nice place.

There were many flies and bugs in the room when we entered. The sheets were dirty. The toilet was loose from the wall. We could hear our neighbors getting busy at night.

The walls are paper thin, could hear the snoring in room next to us. Corners of our room were dirty; Questionable characters in parking area.. Would not recommend exit 243 Harrisonburg hotels due to sketchy activities and people.

Overall a pretty nice place. Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy access to highway and local restaurants. Nice place to stay for 1 night but the modern simplistic design/decor give it a very cold uncomfortable feel, its not overally warm and inviting, not a place I could picture staying more than a day or two at. The complimentary breakfast is average for now adays, coffee, bagels, toast, waffles and cereal, nothing fancy but its something to get your day going.

The Staff there Mrs Mandy was wonderful. I had a issue with several things making noise; the mantinance making repairs literally next door to my room with drill and banging in the am. The lawn service in the am the pressure washing in the am all on the same day as i got off my night shift. Mrs. Mandy moved me to a different room. By this time i only gottena hourandahalfto 2 hoursof sleep before. Getting ready for my next 16 hour shift. But it wad a good 2 hours. She was so thoughtful and kind to assist.

It was real nice and clean. The bed were comfy but the pillows were not. One of the towels had yellow stains on them but otherwise it was a nice stay. Nice pool also. I have stayed here about 4 times and I like the price. I will stay again

Our door was broken and there were a bunch of flies in our room. A lot of sketchy people who I think live there were hanging around outside. I didn’t feel safe and would not go back.

There was a trash dumpster outside the room that was being used for construction on site. It was full of garbage and the room was full of flies! I can’t sleep as I have killed 15 flies so far and counting. Management did not have another room for me and did offer me any compensation! I’m disgusted and tormented

The beds were very noisy and creaked with ever move. Pillows were very hard. Finally the bath soap bar was very small and difficult to use.

The only thing that I can say negative about the stay was that we got there at 1:30 pm and check in was at 2:00 and they wanted to charge us $20.00 for an early check in which was only half an hour early so we left and came back after 4 so we would not have to pay an early check in fee. The only thing we wanted to do was get the air on so it wouldn't be so hot in there

Room was clean. Check in was friendly. Didn't do breakfast but Dunkin is next door, which I liked. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.
