Beds were horrible and hard. Used towels left in room. Sent us around the back with a trailer. NO ROOM. Too tired to care

This place has really gone down hill. it was never that nice of a place but at least the lady there at night was nice previously. When we went to check in she gave me an attitude because I requested the same room on the corner that makes it easier on my girlfriend to walk up. she has issues walking. we were put in a room in the middle of the motel even though I had previously requested in writing when booking the stay. Then the toilet backed up I asked for a plunger for the toilet, and was never checked on to see if the problem was fixed! The toilet would take forever to go down. we booked 2 nights, and were out the following day, upon returning the 2nd night we needed towels because of needing to use some from the toilet and went to the desk and no one was there! I went back over 4 times within an hour and no answer! I called 4 or 5 times from the room and no answer there either! the following morning I went back needing towels so we could both take showers before leaving and the man at the desk hands me 2 towels! also with an attitude. This place is unreal! For several years we would stay here for our getaway to the area. It will NEVER happen again! Avoid this place!

Easy access from I-81, close to Skyline Dr. Leaky toilet valve ran frequently thru the night.

Checked in. 5 min later they refunded our money. Walked into bathroom and turned light on. 4-6 roaches scattered. Had to drive 45 min in wrong direction for another hotel. No idea about anything else.

Good owners. No tables in the rooms which hurt me for interviewing on Teams etc., but price of rooms make it a great place. Location is great. Walking distance to the pizza restaurant of the Melting Pot restaurant is great. The Melting Pot not only has the greatest pizza in the state, but also the number one privately owned pizza restaurant on the entire East Coast! The crispy pizza is so great that people from California have it shipped to them!
Great motel, great bargain and great owners make this one of the best Motel 6's in the country

No toilet paper in the bathroom or anywhere. I didn't need it, but it would have been nice, just in case.

That was a bad decision since the check in was everything a nightmare they weren't able to find my reservation finally the front desk staff got it they assigned a room for me #139 and the cigarette smell was disgusting they change my room the bath tub was burned with cigar and the bathroom had old soap left from other customers, the next day I left the room to do something and when I got back my card was blocked to open the room and I when to the front desk and there was the owner and He never try to help also charge me again to open my room for me, And he refuse to give me my receipt after I payed he told me I'll give you your receipt after your checkout I'll never recommend this place. (Large of weird people around all the time)

So relaxing! Great shower, really comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.Pet friendly too. The Skyline Parkway, caverns, and Civil War sites an easy drive away. Highly recommended!!
