« This property is tucked away on a farm, near Shenandoah, and it is absolutely beautiful! Watching the sunrise over the mountains was amazing! There’s also two farm dogs that live on the property and they are the sweetest dogs ever, certainly love their belly rubs! The loft was very clean and welcoming, overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back another time. »

« Had a great stay- very thorough check-in and instructions, yurt was super cool. To be out in the country and still have wi-fi and a shower was right up my alley. Fridge, appliances, and peace and quiet. Owner was very responsive and friendly as well. Loved it! »

« We stayed here for a family vacation. The house is spacious and well stocked. Some of the young adults enjoyed climbing around the waterfalls. We took a day trip to Black Water Falls state park. It was worth the trip. We went into Moorefield a couple of times. We highly recommend Genaro’s for their pizza (their Brooklyn pizza was fantastic) and Sweets and Treats for their ice cream. « Convenient location in Winchester though the property made it feel like you are in the country. Check in time must be precise as the owner needs to explain a couple things and let you in. This was good as my husband had a couple questions. Toaster oven was missing its tray so it was not easy to use the appliance. Coffee maker and refrigerator work great, bathroom facilities work. The house is in great condition and a neat place to stay. »

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
