Such a wonderful home for our family of 7 to escape the cares of the world for a fun summer respite! The house and guest cottage are both beautifully appointed and but not too fancy so everyone could gather comfortably together in many spaces! The bedrooms are well appointed, towels and bed linens are luscious! All bedrooms have AC and fans.Two bathrooms are small, downstairs bathroom is large and beautiful. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need. We loved the water view on the screened porch for meals or hanging out, walking and biking in the quiet neighborhood, playing on the nearby beaches, kayaking, and swimming. House has books galore, games, nice beach chairs and bikes with helmets. Close enough to town to access everything Shelter Island has to offer.
