You will enjoy spectacular ocean, sunset, and whale watching views from every room. On the first level, is the main living room that opens to the wrap around deck, kitchen, laundry, bath, and large garage. The house has a large screen smart TV, internet, and a warming and cozy gas fireplace. There is a full sized kitchen, including a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove. A short stairway takes you up to the second level where you will find two main bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with king sized beds and a full sized bathroom with a tub/shower. In the oversized closets, you can also find multiple single beds that can be pulled out and capable of sleeping 4 more guests. Visitors enjoy the local surf spots, lighthouse, tide poles, black sands beach, fishing, hiking, a nine hole golf course, and simply relaxing in the peaceful and quiet community of Shelter Cove. There are multiple dining options and a local bar. There is also a small airstrip, capable landing small jets. If the stay is longer than 1 week, there will be an additional $100 mandatory cleaning visit after 7 days. Extra fees and charges may occur for excessive internet use. The location and use of a full garage are great. The kitchen is very functional, and there are two queen size beds upstairs in two rooms that are very accommodating. Great communication with the representatives for the property, Natalie and JOSHUA. The only hiccup was that the deposit on the location was an inordinately large some, and I did not like that VRBO offered to offset this deposit with an 89 protection plan that was nonrefundable.
