There are not two twin beds as described in the listing. There were 2 small roll away cots for children. Also there is NO working heat! The heater was broken and has been broken for quite some time. We called the property manager and was told that because it is Summer no one has needed the heater. Temperatures were in the low 60s and the property was freezing inside. She finally admitted that the heater was broken and she would bring a space heater to us. Also the hot water heater was not working when i tried to take a shower. We then found a note next to the water heater that read "no hot water? Turn off switch, wait a few minutes and turn back on". None of these mechanical issues were disclosed in the ad. We were disappointed to say the least. Overall, the space heater kept the place warm and the hot water came back on but we feel that if you are going to rent a place out, everything should be in working order. The small dvd collection was a nice surprise that we enjoyed. Barbecuing in the backyard was amazing. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with great views of the stars on clear nights, and deer grazing across the street in the mornings.
