Brought kayaks and ended up finding a public ramp because the house’s “access” was complicated and not easy to launch. Could use better mowed or paved water access. That was the only disappointment. It was large enough for our whole family to stay together and close enough to Eureka Springs to enjoy all it had to offer. The location was central for us, traveling from KS, MO, OK, and TX and the property had plenty of space for us to spread out and still be together.
