"The hotel is cute, clean, affordable. Even though I have a ground level room, I could see the top part of Morro Rock from my room. It was nice having a fenced in patio with furniture and a sliding glass door. I travel with my dog and they are very accommodating to dogs. You get a goodie bag, there’s a dog wash station and there is grass in front. The room was comfy, modern, and there are a few good spots to grab food or drinks close by "

"Wonderful place! Staff super nice! Very dog friendly and rooms had everything that you need. The best location in Pismo, 5 minute walk to town and right on the beach. I loved the pool too! Perfect temperature and large enough to do laps."

"Solid, well run budget friendly hotel. My room was spacious and well equipped-everything worked nicely. It was pretty quiet, and the other guests seemed respectful of those around them. (no noisy people, no parties, etc) I was happy to discover this place, and will return when I'm in the area."

"A great little find in Pismo Beach. Clean, safe, good sized rooms… the fact that each room has a sitting room is a very welcome addition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for the value conscious traveler. Great value for money in Pismo and conveniently located right off the highway. "
