The lower level features a twin sized bed, and 1/2 bath with stool, and laundry tub. There was plenty of space for lounging and hanging out. Decor was great. I'm sure when the deck is finished it will be a great space. The only thing we didn't care for was that everything was on the 2nd floor. My brother is disabled and has balance issues and there was only 1 railing on the stairs.
