"We had a great time staying at Turner’s Retreat. The host was great. He is communicative, accommodating and generous-we were included in the July 4th festivities, live band, raffle, firework show, and got to spend time on their pontoon. The kids loved the beach, and playground which are a short walk across the street. There is also a restaurant near the beach that has really good food. The property is clean and we enjoyed spending time around the fire table, cooking on the grill and just relaxing. Thank you! "

"We had 7 adults in our group. The house is very comfortable, the dining table was great (giving us plenty of space to play board games in the evenings), and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to store our bicycles in the garage (which helped because it rained hard during the night). They have a good lawn space for games and the dock and outdoor seating areas are lovely. Burnet Island State Park is minutes away and beautiful. We highly recommend the ice cream at Dylan’s Dairy in Cornell. The hosts were responsive to questions. Thanks for the great stay!"
