Our room wasn’t cleaned day one. Day two when they cleaned our beds were not made, the Kleenex was not replaced (it was empty), the coffee was not refilled, and we did not have a bath mat. The water temperature in the sink NEVER got warm let alone hot. The shower was just warm enough to not be uncomfortable. Al the staff we came in contact with was FANTASTIC.

The check in was easy. Staff was friendly. But the room had problems. Bugs on walls & floor. Refrigerator was dirty. Tub had horrible rust stains. Water flow in toilet was very low & tissue clogging up quickly. Hot water takes a long time to get hot.

This was such a fabulous hotel! Charming in every way. We stayed with our son who took the loft bed and he loved it. Walkable to everything including transit in and out of town. Highly recommend !

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything in the next room through the bathroom vent. We were in Room 105. We were concerned that maybe you could also see thru the vent. Very uncomfortable!

Showers need longer curtains. Tons of water seeps out onto floor making it very dangerous. It’s only our 1st night, so hoping breakfast is good. Parking is definitely tight, we went to a movie, came back and only spot we had to wait for someone to leave.

Place was nice and clean the only issue that we had is that toilet was clogged we call front desk and inform them about it their respond was that they didn’t have anybody to come and clear it so we had 2 choices for us to go to front desk and get a plunger and clear our selfs or leave like that but they did t have any other rooms available

Please know you where charged according to the cancelation policy you agreed on upon booking. There are a few different rates when booking through a 3rd party, some let you cancel with no penalty. Property was pretty run down. Our room had multiple maintenance issues. The door for the room wasn’t fully filling the opening and allowing light, noise, and even visibility into the room if you looked at the right angle. The shower tub was completely stained and dirty. The bathroom exhaust fan looked like it has never been cleaned yet alone it didn’t even work. It was evident that it hasn’t worked in awhile because the ceiling shows signs of moisture with the paint peeling and chipping. Overall, I’m glad it was only one night otherwise I would of just checked out and paid to go somewhere else
