The apartment boasts a large living area, a sleek dining space featuring a beautiful marble table, and a modern kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. The cosy bedroom with a double bed promises restful sleep, while the chic décor adds a touch of elegance throughout. Step into a bright, open-plan living space with pops of colour and plenty of natural light. The seating area is perfect for relaxing in front of the Smart 42" TV, and the dining table doubles as a convenient workspace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the cooking essentials. The bedroom features a soft double bed, neutral tones with vibrant accents, and plenty of storage to make unpacking a breeze. A spacious, fully tiled bathroom includes a walk-in shower, clean finishes, fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fee prior to check-in. This is refunded after post-checkout inspection and subject to compliance with house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorised extra guests, no noise/loud music during quiet times 8 pm - 8 am, no parties.
