There is a separate toilet with a wash hand basin. Open plan lounge area with a large bay window with a view over the garden, two sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and a 53” T.V & Wi-Fi. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery and utensils. Safety and security This property is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked. Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the apartment as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable. Housekeeping Please note there is a shoes off policy in this house we would appreciate it if you left your shoes at the door. Before vacating the property, we ask that you please leave the cottage how you found it upon arriving.
