"We stayed at the west wing which has not been renovated yet. But, the room was very clean and charming (not as outdated as others wrote in their reviews). I was pleasantly surprised to see that each room had a balcony with city or bay view. The staff were very polite and professional and the restaurant served delicious entrees. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. "

"Clean and updated rooms, great shower, comfortable beds. Having the diner attached was great, and the media/games room is a nice touch. The staff was super helpful, and the service was noticeably better than a lot of other places I've stayed.
