Laurie was wonderful at the desk. She welcomed us warmly and helped us when we needed help. She was working long hours when we were there and never failed to smile. She’s a good one.

Traveling from CO to TN, great location off highway. Plenty of good food options within 5-10 minutes, quiet location, good beds, clean room. Starbucks in lobby is worth paying for to get back on road for next leg of our trip.

The room was very clean however the queen beds were not comfortable! I booked 2 nights & let them know at 9am we wouldnt need the second night but were still charged. I know this is the policy but was hoping because we let them know well before check out time, they would not charge us.

The cleanliness needs improved. Elevator had crushed chips in it for over 12 hrs. Our room had ants. We were offered a different room. At about 9am someone opened our room door. No knock. Nothing. Just opened the locked door and came in. Said ‘sorry’. And left. Absolutely no knock no housekeeping’. Nothing. There are many areas that need upkeep. A screw was missing on a cabinet handle. It just flipped around. Tear in the wallpaper. Dirt spots on wallpaper. Dirty hallway carpets. Just not very clean. The positive is the staff is very polite and friendly. It’s not worth the $$$.

Check in staff was kind and offered assistance to help with getting me and my things to my room as I have a disability and used a walker. My room was the last room near the exit door on the end of the building. The Description on the website indicated taller toilets and grab bar near the toilet, but there was only a grab bar in the shower. There was no blow dryer. The Carpets were stained and dirty. The bed faced the window and not the tv. Ring near the stairs and the exit door made the room VERY noisy. There was no complimentary coffee in the morning. Hotel staff offered to SELL me leftover Starbucks coffee when I made it down to breakfast at 9:03… breakfast ended at 9:00. I do not recommend this property.

I apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory. Reviewing your reservation, I do not show a request for an accessible room. I do show that the staff tried to accommodate your request as best as they could by offering a first-floor room near the exit but unfortunately all of our accommodations designed for ADA Accessibility were occupied by guest that had made the request in advance.

The location was great, close to everything! The only thing we didn't like was the sofa, it was very hard to sit on unless you had really really long legs. It was cute however not user friendly!
