Set on a sprawling 5 acres with a beautiful creek in the backyard, enjoy the fresh country air on the back porch and the wildlife such as deer and turkeys that frequent the property. Located only 7 miles from the Shenango River Lake/Dam and 12 miles from Chestnut Run Swim Beach. This is a peaceful and quiet property perfect for any stay. There is an area for a campfire in the backyard. House was great for our needs with three teenagers. Kids loved the large yard and creek in the back. House was as advertised. The house does have some age on it but very clean. Queen beds would definitely make sleeping better as well as having a futon or pull out bed with teenagers but it worked out fine. Internet was available out there as well. Really cool retro 1959 (grandparents') place, but updated appliances and modern conveniences. Little updated touches, loved the retro toaster. They thought of everything from coffee setup to luggage racks. Really clean, organized, which made for peaceful living. Living room furniture is retro (i.e. not oversized comfort oriented, just a note if you plan to camp out on the couch). Fire ring out back to enjoy campfires. Watch for the deer every evening to cross the backyard and hang out under the apple trees. Convenient to stores, literally 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay again. ##### Deb H.
