"Beautiful hotel, spacious room with huge shower. Lovely friendly staff. Lost a star for a poor breakfast unfortunately. Orange juice was definitely off - tasted sour. The of the cold juice canisters looked very dirty inside I think maybe the orange juice is topped up with fresh and the older juice still in is going off and sour as it was a cloudy colour too. I asked for some fried eggs with the yolk well done and they were inedible - all crispy mush. The bacon and sausages were not very well...

"The room was a flight of stairs to the first room , a long a corridor down two flights of stairs which were narrow . Through a heave door only to find the steps down literally as you open the door and then three stairs up to the room . All very narrow and difficult to carry bags . I was asked if I needed help but the main stair case was fine if I had been made aware of how far the room was away I would have taken it . Staff very friendly "

"We never actually got into the apartment. We got sent an email saying they've acknowledged the booking, but we never got sent a code or instructions on how to get in, ended up having to get another hotel due to the lack of communication, the phone number just rings and never answers. The outside of what we assumed may be our apartment was tacking and wood peeling, the business next door says this happens a lot of the time and that they've had to break into it before to get rid of anti social...

"Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager"
