hello, j'ai passé 4j au Solymar, la chambre était spacieuse, les draps ainsi que la salle de bain étaient propres. (j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une bonne chambre) pour le prix que j'ai payé je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est impeccable

Nous avons passé 20 jours exceptionnel à l hôtel solimar ,tout le personnel de l hôtel est au petit soin pour vous durant tout le séjour; Ils sont d une GENTILLESSE inouïe , merci à l ensemble de l équipe , nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances dans votre établissement, je vous conseille cet hôtel pour le cadre et le calme et la verdure qui est très reposant Je ne peux pas citer tout le monde car je risque d en oublier certains : quelques noms: les 2 responsables des serveurs qui nous demandent à chaque fois si tout va bien et si tout ce passe bien (quel professionnalisme !), tous les serveurs… le grand chef Mohamed Moustafa avec ses excellents repas qui ravi mon fils avec ses patates frites, la réception: les 3 Ahmed, Alaa l’exceptionnel qui prends bien soin de nous et nous demande à chaque fois si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit, Mohamed au bar, sa gentillesse va nous manquer, Kheyrat, super gentil, Kareem le chef de la piscine avec Maher qui ont veillé à mes deux enfants (il a les mêmes à la maison) Ahmed et Islam les hommes de chambres qui prenaient bien soin de nos affaires et nous réserver quelques surprises. Islam du pool bar un vrai professionnel. Issam alias Luka pour ses excursions exceptionnelles merci beaucoup Issam c’était magnifique et Bilal pour ses massages merci !!!!! l’animatrice Ula pour son animation, son sourire et sa bonne humeur. Merci!!!!!! Nous avons fait de grands hôtels dans le monde mais j ai rarement vu une aussi belle équipe ! c'était TOP

I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early and asked one of the employees if this is the shuttle going to beach and he confirmed. When I arrived at the beach I was refused entry because I did not have a ticket. No body mentioned that I need to get a ticket to enter the beach. I took a look at the beach and was not worth going to any way. Too many security guys interrogating any body who look non European. The reception area is tiny with malfunctioning currency change machine. Food of average quality but most of the guests are the kind of tourists who look like they never seen food before and who never miss a meal.

All invlusive heist getränke bis 00 uhr danach muss man zahlen Essen nur zu den essenszeiten Beach restaurant kostet alles extra Wlan sehr schlecht und nur in der lobby od bar verfügbar Im zimmer kein wlan Sauberkeit: boden wischen gibt es nicht Alles muss man extra fragen sowie kaffe affüllen im zimmer oder wlan passwort jedentag aufs neue einloggen. Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sehr viele kinder bzw jugendliche die arbeiten und befehle bekommen. Jeden tag eine wasserflasche pro zimmer ( viel zu wenig) Hotel anlage war sehr schön doch leider die massagen oder trips oder beauty alles sehr sehr überteuert. Da bin ich in deutschland besser aufgehoben mit massage und beauty. Man muss dort wirklich ausdrücklich nein sagen damit die leute von trips etc dich beim sonnen, relaxen oder ausruhen nicht stören. ( gilt nicht für hotel personal).

Stayed for 5 nights, Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. Breakfast buffet: lots of choice for cereals, breads, pastries, and my favourite is live cooking such as omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes to order. Dinner buffet: lots of choice for meats and vegetarian, live cooking Pasta for children. Staffs are working very hard to maintain garden and keep pool area clean. However, there are some areas that need to be improved: the bath room requires a renovation, in my room the shower tray is very small no space to move around, to get hot water for showering is to keep it running for a while before it get hot. Wi-Fi is very poor and only available at reception area. Hotel has a free minivan, every 1 hour from hotel to the beach & VV. you will require to get a voucher from receptionist for free desk chair on the beach. Hotel/Beach: 1st transfer is at 0830, the last one is at1430. Beach/Hotel: 1st transfer is at 0845-1445 and the last transfer is at 1630. Note that a minivan is base on first come first served basis can take max 12paxs 1 seat in front with the driver. Overall I did enjoy and felt safe staying at Solymar Naama Bay. Definitely will stay here again.

Stay at Solymar for COP27- NBI team, South Africa
In November 2022, our team travelled to Sharm el Sheikh for COP27 and booked accommodation at Solymar with only criteria: we had a lot of work to do and we needed somewhere comfortable, clean to stay. After a rocky start, we learned that this hotel's priority is to ensure that guests feel valued and that their stay is a pleasant one. By the time we left, we felt like we were part of the Hotel Solymar family. As 6 women travelling alone, we felt completely safe and respected in this space. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and responded to our concerns swiftly. The kitchen and dining areas are clean and the buffet is excellent. The restaurant is extremely well managed and the chefs and bakers make and serve their food with care. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and no-one in our team got sick from the food. We looked forward to coming "home" each evening to dinner. Fresh fruit and vegetables, juices and ice are all washed with/made with clean water. While we heard horror stories from COP27 delegates staying at other hotels with regards to inflated prices, we felt the pricing for transport and accommodation at Solymar was fair and services rendered were delivered at the expected level of quality. There is also a good doctor on standby at the hotel 24/7 which was very convenient as one on our team needed medical assistance. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it made the hard work at COP27 more enjoyable. Thank You for taking care of us!

Staff lovely. Rooms pretty basic - hot shower, TV and Aircon all there.Balcony views wonderful. Noise from aircons runnings and sometimes music around the pool and nearby hotel music into the night, did disturb my sleep over a number of nights. If you need internet, it's not good - ask the reception for help. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all in - and first class. Pool area (aside from non stop music) really lovely. Hotel surroundings absolutely lovely. Aside from very poor internet (if you need it) basic rooms and night music noise, I would recommend Solymar.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Food was good, Pool area is big, restaurant is nice. Internet only works in reception area. The hotel is far from beach and Main areas but they offer shuttles every 30 mins to the beach. Everyone was super friendly and always checking on you to see if there is anything you would need.
