We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful apart from a few that jokingly suggest you give them tips which makes you feel uncomfortable. The reason we don’t give this 5 star is because the staff around the hotel constantly trying to sell you stuff. They will have no qualms waking you up whilst you sleep to then try to sell you their service; they pretend to be interested in you and friendly and when you say no they quickly show their true character and have no interest in you. The hotel need to protect their guests from this type of behaviour and unfortunately I think we would search for a hotel that didn’t have this issue next time we stay in Sharm.

The service is second to none. The staff really look after you. The facilities are excellent. The pool area is very quiet. The gym is well equipped with the gym manager Mohammed happy to help with a spot if need be. I would return.

We LOVED our stay at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort! Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! (especially the fresh meat and fish from the grill, and pancakes for breakfast!) I guess because it was the lower season the resort was quieter than normal, which was great for us! We made use of all the pools and even decided to be big kids and try the slides (very fun). We'd recommend going to the on-site dive centre to book a boat trip with snorkelling. We took a speedboat to Tiran Island and saw the most amazing variety of fish. It's rare I want to revisit a place as I always like exploring new areas, but I would definitely come back to this hotel. Don’t stay here unless you want your property stolen from your room. I had an Apple Watch taken from my room! When I mentioned this to staff they told me that they could not find the person who took the watch but would refund me for my stay. Months have passed and they refuse to refund the stay or compensate me for the stolen property.

Based on the reviews I was expecting a lot better than what we experienced. The structure is pretty old. People that work on the property are very nice and try to be very helpful but the place lacks a lot to be considered a 5 star. Aside from the place being older and not maintained well, which is something you can put up with if the quality of the service is good, the worst part was the food very sub par. I think this was by far the worst all inclusive experience I had. We end up going out to dinner every night cause the restaurants in the property and the buffet weren't good. Also they are very pushy with selling activity and services but I noticed that as a theme in Sharm overall so expect to be bother on that.

My family of 4 stayed at Sunrise for 8 nights in December throught he New Year. The property is huge and beautiful! Staff work hard to keep guests entertaining with tons of activities aside from the pool and snorkeling. The property is gorgeous. There are flowers everywhere and everything is pritone and clean. Its unbelievably that the hotel can service so many guests at this level. When they say all inclusive they mean it. There is ample food and drink at every turn. Food at the main restaurant is yummy and plentiful and there are 4 a la carte restaurants that you can dine in (also inclusive). Cons: 1) No beach. Photos are deceptive. There is no beach so you need to bring water shoes because the propertytakes you directly into coral. The red sea os crystal clear, you can see fish from the shore. Snorkels and equipment is not included so bring you own. 2) while there are a ton of dining options on the property its near impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. We only got 1 reservation the entire time. I felt very disappointed-- we even tried calling the concierge but they didnt help. We were sick of the main buffet restaurant selection by the end of our stay and had to leave the property to get some variety. 3) Filty bathrooms. The family room is no frills. Theres no decore and rhe bathrooms have alot of mildew. The hotel is relatively new but somehow the bathrooms look dated and dirty.

The property was amazing and we had the room which was part of the Royal Club with butler Service. A special shout out goes to Nour who was our butler and made the most amazing surprise dinner for my wife by the beach side. Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality we experienced set the tone for our entire vacation. The staff are all amazing and kind and a special shoutout to Mr. Karam and also to Mr. Tarek Wardy, the service manager, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Because of him, our families felt like real royalty! The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was delicious, and the views? Breathtaking! We made so many wonderful memories here. It was great!! The best and most efficient service in the 40 degrees heat was the bus service which takes you from one pint to another as the resort is massive! The food buffet at the dinner was spectacular, very fresh and tasty! The best was the piping hot local breads (Baladi) made by Ahmed. Fantastic stay!

I would even give 10 stars if it would be possible. Resort is very clean and the stuff is amazing. We had a swim up room close to the beach very clean and well furnished. Bathrooms are equipped with everything you need also very clean. Our cleaning man was very detailed with his job, nothing was missing always full fridge with the drinks we preferred, clean towels. Toba was the person responsible with our pool needs. He was changing our pool towels all the time, open and move umbrellas the way we wanted. Very nice and hard working people, always with the smile on their faces, willing to pleasure you anytime. Our butler Nour!!! the best from the best, young person with so much potential and very professional. We also want to mention all the service at the beach, just great, the best cocktails maker was Abdaihalem, with his sense of humor the cocktails were even better. All of the others at the beach are great people and very professional, they also offer many activities and tours. We saw the dolphins at the palm of our hand. There are many restaurants to chose. We tried them all. All of them high quality service and delicious food. Buffet was also with the variety of all kind of food. By the lobby bar with the live music every night and our favorite waiter Ahmed. We didn't finish one drink and he was already asking if anything else we need. Next was our Mustang Limousine manager Mahmoud always helpful with our needs even last minute. SPA girls were amazing too !!!.

Everything was great. The restaurant’s staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Khalid and Romany. The housekeeper was also very nice and provided us with everything we needed. The only issue I had it was at the pool. The towel guy wasn’t friendly at all. He was super rude to my wife and my daughters. My wife told me when I came back I was very mad and I chewed his ass out. Other than that, it was pretty good!!!

Amazing resort, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We had half board - Breakfast and dinner included and both buffets every day had high quality food and everything tasted fresh. Shisha lounge inside the property was solid, shoutout to Kareem for sorting us out every night. Only negative I can think of is that the gym was a little basic and didn’t have all the equipment you’d expect such as a bench press setup but it seems like it’s not used much by anyone so maybe that’s why they haven’t invested too much into that - otherwise excellent.

Great resort!
the resort is just exelent, the food is very good and the servise is good. the resort is bilt on a teras so there are many ups and downs to get to the beach or the reception, but there is a bus that can take you evrey few minutes. in total the hotel was great and we will be back soon.

Hotel is nice, quiet and a lot of activities but it would have been much better if the swimming pool for the swim up rooms is heated. Otherwise no point in paying more for swim up rooms. Special thanks to staff at the beach bar, the deluxe swim up area pool staff, room service guy and the boat driver are the best. We stayed in room 4103.

The property is amazing whether you are staying as a couple or a family. Very nice dining options, excellent dive center and many pools to choose from. The staff was very friendly and especial shout to Patti at the Royal Club restaurant. She was amazing and went out of her away for everyone to make them comfortable. Kudos!
