I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you.
