Great location if you are an NYU Shanghai parent ##### Kelly Stayed 1 night in Aug 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### NORIKO Jul 29, 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service #### 部屋は広くて快適だけど… チェックインの際、デポジットを要求されたので 1500元カードを切った。 同じ日に宿泊した姉は、 デポジットは300元だった。 なんで？？？？？？ どちらも同じカテゴリーの部屋（エグゼクティブスイートだったかな。。）で、 姉から、ホテルに、近くの部屋でと リクエストを入れていたにもかかわらず、 部屋は36階と18階。 36階はいちおうクラブフロアーとエレベーターに記載あり。 エレベーターもセキュリティ一付き。 あきらかに違うカテゴリーの部屋だった。 不便なので、同じ階に変えてもらったので、 18階にしてもらったけど、 姉の部屋はとても広くなって、快適そうだったが。 同じ値段で、同じカテゴリーを予約してるのに この差は何だ？？ さらに、チェックアウトの際、 ｢支払いは済んでます｣の一点張りで、 カードをマイナスで切ってくれない。 ？？？ デポジットの分、返してくださいよ。 宿泊代は予約時に支払い済み。 別の方に説明したら、ちゃんと返してくれましたが チェックアウト担当の子が、わかって無さすぎ。 1500元のデポジット返ってこなかったら かなりビックリですが？？？ 部屋は設備は古いものの清潔で問題なかったけど、 ソフト面で、非常に残念。 不愉快極まりない感じでした。 安いし仕方ないのかな。 お友達の家のすぐそばなので また利用するかもしれませんが、 改善してほしいです。 あと！毎朝体重測るのが習慣なのに、 部屋にスケールなかった。。 荷物の重さ測りたい人もいらっしゃるでしょうに… ##### NORIKO Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Barbara Jul 23, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Excellent Very good hotel. This hotel is super close to NYU Shanghai. If you're visiting someone at the school, then this is the place to stay. There are street food vendors close by (yummy food), and a Family Mart just a short walk away. It’s located about 40 minutes away from Pudong airport and located at a quite location. Staffs are nice but not very well English speaking. I asked for more drinking water and the lady ended up didn’t charge me (although the front desk said there’s additional charge). The concierge is very patiently helped me find a tour (although sometimes he got distracted trying to help other customers). It’s not his fault but Chinese customers don’t know much about waiting on their turn. You may find annoying sometimes.
