The staff went above and beyond to communicate with us, they did not speak English but communicated via translator app. They also provided a free shuttle to the airport as well as Disney, and it was seamless. The reason we scored them a little lower is because the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. It was very uncomfortable, so if you’re like me, you will have a hard time sleeping.
