Windows in room cannot be opened. Reflected this to the manager on duty, and the hotel provided no real solution. In-room temperature at night is around 25 to 28°c. Woke up few times during the night due to the humidity and heat. Woke up with a rash and wet underwear in the morning. The service is extraordinary and their check-out policies are the fairest I have experienced. I'm not a breakfast eater but did go for one day and it's a great spread. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is wonderful. My only complaint is that they turn off the air conditioners so you cannot cool down the room, My room was between 25 and 27 degrees celsius, making it a bit of a challenge for sleeping.
