Will definitely Be Back Again
Not in a good location for tourism. Staying on the bund side of the river would be much better. A bell boy named Tim was excellent, friendly and so helpful. His English was excellent and he would make a great addition to the executive lounge. Lynn in the lounge is also extremely pleasant and friendly. Overall though the lounge food bordered on bland with unhappy staff. The room itself was perfect in every regard as was the spa and pool facilities. There are plenty of excellent hotels in Shanghai. For business on this side of the river I much prefer the grand Hyatt.
Only downside is remote location on Pudong Road. Property is impeccable with beautiful pool and spa and nicely appointed rooms. Service is exceptional.

Almost a perfect hotel. My only wish is that they put the Club Lounge on the 25th floor instead of the 2nd floor.

Big room and bathroom
Helpful and knowledgeable concierge
Friendly receptionists and bell men
Good spa facilities but sometimes lacked privacy from the (male) attendant
Quiet location and “far” from city’s main attractions
Good spread breakfast yet the quality was rather average
You can enjoyed the fabulous river views at the hotel in a leisurely way. Good customer service at restaurant, cafe and swimming pool. Staff are sincere and willing to help. Will recommend to my friends traveling to Shanghai.
The staff were friendly and in high professional manner to welcome their guests. The room was very tidy and clean. The facilities were thoughtful and guest friendly. Overall was a true 5 star stay experience.

The concierge & management staff were really good. I got into a taxi, gave the address to the door staff and they made a mistake. So taxi took me to to the Jinan Temple instead of my business meeting. 🙄. But on returning, I explained what had happened to the concierge staff and their reaction and response was perfect.

Such a beautiful River View! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The spa was very clean with a steam sauna and dry sauna..then they had heated tile lounges!
The staff are kindness and helpful. Front desk staff could speak English very well. We have asked some questions about parking and charging our car. They find out for us right away. Breakfast is very tasty with good service. My husband and I are enjoyed staying here, definitely will come back again.
Excellent staff and service. Lovely rooms. Great and usually quiet Swimming Pool. Top class Leisure facilities and Spa. Wonderful Club Lounge - highly recommended.
Only potential drawback for some would be the location but I didn't mind the 7-10 minute walk to the Metro.
