There is a nice park across the street, and a couple malls are within walking distance, too. The rooms are very small and reminded me of places I stayed in Japan, and there is no fridge in the room, but for the price, can’t complain. Also the drain for the shower was somewhat clogged so it took a while for the water to drain after having a shower. The room is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job. The amenities are sparse but you still get bottled water, toiletries and a basic breakfast every day.
