When I checked in the hotel, the receptionist asked me do I need breakfast for my stay as my booking don't have breakfast included. So I said ok and she made me to sign for my breakfast. First morning went well and on the second morning the restaurant staff told me we don't have any breakfast for the second day and she made me to sign another breakfast order. During checkout time before making any settlement I asked for the invoice. Checking thought the invoice I saw that the hotel staff charged me for 4 people breakfast. To my shock, I told the staff that I only have two breakfast and me and my wife in one room. How can it work out to be 4 people eating the breakfast. She don't believe me and called up to the restaurant to clarify. After putting down the phone she told me that there is 4 people eating as recorded using my room number. I asked then how they can allow people to say by mouth the room number and count them as us. There is a system management problem. I told them I show my room card to them and that is what they should do to ask customer for room card to verify. I said if I did not check the bill then I will be charged the extra 2 breakfast which other people use my room number. Or it may be the staff write wrongly when customer told them the room number. Situation like this made me feel cheated. As I told the restaurant staff I already booked for the breakfast and they said not show in their record and the receptionist said another story.
