We arrived late and fumbled a little over how to switch on the heater in the rooms. The water in the toilet sink did not come on after using it once in the morning. Other than this, I must say there were 2 very helpful and seemingly senior (in rank) staff helping us hold the door and moving the luggage at block 7 when we checked out. Another plus point is that the bed was very comfortable. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in another room within the apartment. For some reasons this was not indicated in many hotel booking sites except for hotels.com's site.
