Overall impression is this is a beautiful new hotel in excellent location close to cruise terminal. Concierge told us hotel opened earlier this year; he was very helpful in getting us a cab and a driver who knew exactly where to drop us off at the terminal. Only less than satisfactory was the desk clerk who checked us out.
