The A/C wasn’t working and we had to ask for 30min to get it on. It felt suffocating in one of the rooms. Also, loud construction started at 7am, rendering us unable to sleep and we had an important meeting to be ready for. Also, we were charged for breakfast and actually they don’t provide breakfast anymore because of no license. I had already asked them if I could move as I was concerned about noise and they told me there were no other rooms with a window. After the cockroaches they moved me, so they were also not telling the truth.There was no bottled water though it states online, on every website, that there is. Quaint looking place but customer service from the stoneages.
