We got an extended late check out for an extra fee which was worth it before our long flight to Los Angeles. Location is great. Within a few miles to the Bund, Yu Garden and more. Awesome staff!!! Most of the employees couldn't speak English (but that's common in China and more my fault for not knowing more Mandarin) but were always smiling and okay with reading from our terrible phone translations apps. I even forgot my tablet in the room and the staff emailed me to let me know and then sent it to my next hotel in Beijing. (Thank you so much for that!!) The rooms are small but comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice though, one of the best I've stayed in despite the size. Everything is very clean. You do have the option to have breakfast in the morning upstairs.
