I have had a horrible experience in this hotel due to the very strong smell of cigarette that occured in my room, at any time of the day, or of the night. Despite that the hotel room is renovated, that the location is good and that the staff was nice, this smell just ruined my whole stay. When I complained about this to the staff, they felt quite concerned and gave me a new room. However, the smell was still present in the second room. After complaining again, they have switched me to a third room. This one was fine and I did not experience any smell of cigarette. They seem to face problems with the ventilation system... Unfortunatly, this made my stay very unpleasant. I will never go to this hotel again and I strongly advise anyone not to stay there, unless you appreciate the small of cigarette...!"
