"The only reason I cannot give The Laundry Room a 5-Star review is because it was not quiet. Woke up at 2am because of a dog barking on our floor...it continued for a VERY long time and I wasn't able to get back to sleep. The facility was lovely otherwise."

"The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, theaters and water activities. The rooms are clean, unique and beautifully decorated and provide everything you could possibly need. All that is nice but without good service and friendly staff it means nothing and the staff and the service they provide is exceptional.
