It was the best location for us as we didn’t just want to spend our time in gatlinburg during our vacation. The place itself did lack some cleaning such as dust accumulation but overall nothing gross. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hot tub was fantastic. The house, It was nice and big for our family of 6! But still cozy! The coffee pot leaks. It could have been operator error but we just decided to not use it after.
