From what we gathered it seems that your holiday was not to your expectations and all of that started after the room key was lost and never found. Following a request to settle for the new lock we noticed that your character changed drastically which forces you to complaint over a one time late snacks that was being prepared for another guests in-house. Knowing that your room was on the first floor, we believe that this was not the reasons for you to complain over disturbance at night. It is to be noted that the weather was indeed very hot thus this should have not been a problem to dry your clothes with the help of our racks provided in all rooms which you can use i.e. in bathroom or at the wooden decking alongside the terrace. Anse Boileau is protected with a bay and nice beaches. There is a community of fisherman and I will not be surprise if fishing boats are nearby, while the main street are just 60 meters away from Villa Bethlehem with a public transport services designed for the local community hence used by visitors. To help mitigate the movements of our guests we have in all rooms a detailed bus schedule with free maps issued to guests. This help them to plan ahead and don't waste unnecessary timing i.e. on bus stops or on the roads. Having said that we hope that we have enlighten the doubts of other guests that would love to experience Villa Bethlehem.

Should all clothes be washed together, it would have cost you Euro 1 Unless there are colored linen which needs segregation, then for each washing we would apply Euro 1 We apologies that this was only pointed now and we hope that this will help other guests to know in the near future. Rooms are available with private bathrooms although the one offered was annex to your room and that do not mean that it was being shared as all rooms have their own facilities.

Having mentions our dinner which are loved by many, we apologies that the propose menu consisting of starter, main-course, deserts, tea or coffee was not to your expectations. In future such disagreement should be told on site were the problem is as to enable the situations to be addressed if required. We felt that this was a miss opportunity hence we would like to confirm that our shuttle services are private inclusive of luggage, meet and greet at the airport at the rate of Euro 35 while a taxi would cost you between Euro 45 to Euro 50 These services are not compulsory and are service as options to our guests. Greetings from Villa Bethlehem. We thank you for your comments. We apologies for the disturbing noise received from time to time by other guests next door to your room. We know that this was not going to be permanent so we tried not to upset the other guests as we felt dealing with a guests who drink a lot at night may caused more harm than good and this can be worsen and making it more difficult for us and for you as our guests. We however glad that the guests had only two nights stay with us giving you the opportunity to enjoy the rest of your stay without further disturbance.

Please read from one of our guests. I quote:- It seems that many customers sell out as a hotel by renovating their homes and misunderstand it as a cheap resort hotel and evaluate it badly. It is a homestay as an image. Since I was in the state of California in my school days, I stayed in various memories in the same environment at that time. Firstly, there are several small supermarkets in the neighborhood, buses (9, 11) to the capital city / Victoria in 1 minute on foot, if you cross a small bank, you will see a blue azure beach! It is far better that there are fin socks and rash guards because it is shallow, and also a beach is just right for snorkeling beginners! Regarding meals, breakfast is prepared such as bread, cereal, coffee, tea, cocoa. Owner is also W work, if you overslept you are kept in the refrigerator, it is other self service. Kitchen is prohibited to use (for fire prevention), dinner is procured by yourself, consultation required to the owner. Negative place is ATM neither in the neighborhood nor exchange exchange place at all. It is very necessary to prepare money in advance, and guide books etc. have written that Euro or US dollar is necessary, but Seychelles Rupee is essential. Airport transfer (taxi driver affiliated with hotel) is roughly 500 Seychelles Rupee. I unquote.

Greetings and good day. Dear guests. Thank you for your comments that are valued to us. Base on your review we have below the following observations. Please note that we do not provide pick-up on late flights as these flights are not always on time and from past experience we spend hours therefore we strongly advise our guests to take a taxi although it may sound expensive but these are the rates authorized knowing that Seychelles as a destination on its own is not cheap. Guest booked on room only are not entitle for breakfast however the options is there for Euro 10 per person. Communications e-mails are available with rapid reply unless system error or failure at the time of correspondence. Establishment to withdraw catalogs. No services rendered, our pick-up at the airport was not carried out as agreed fortunately that a taxi driver knew this villa given our late arrival which cost us 45 euros for 10 Kms. No breakfast proposal the next morning, so we left empty-handed, fortunately we only stayed one night. Finally to communicate by email with this establishment you must send half a dozen and wait 2 weeks for a response. To forget !!!

As a matter of reference, we have added extra signage to assist guests with access to our property which is only 60m from the main road. Indeed we are not available 24/7 This is why we stressed on booking that you indicate your arrival time for a swift check-in. We ensure that we service what you pay and we are note sure what you meant by "facilities are not according to reality" Everyone know that we are not a hotel nor a self catering. Again we are not too sure what you mean by "it is not finished" as you had a room with all facilities available. Our property features among hundreds similar properties with 5* such as Maia and 4* such as Avani in the area along a beautiful beach whilst our rates are only Euro 50 for two with a lush of services and facilities that cannot be compared with other similar property.

All our rooms have bathrooms and they are private. For Euro 50 for two persons with facilities of what we offer you cannot have them anywhere in Seychelles otherwise we are certain you would have gone elsewhere unless you were short of cash that could be of a reason. Not sure were you have seen a 32 sq room, unless you anticipated a five star accommodation or some sort. All our rooms have their own private bathroom and that is a fact. We are not a self catering establishment, therefore do not expect a fully equipped kitchenette for your personal use. I am not sure how is comfort measured. From my own perspectives, having a clean room with high quality of linen, pillows, excellent WIFI connectivity, hot and cold water, shower and bath, bathroom amenities, free drinking water, mini fridge, the use of electric jug, microwaves and toaster to name a few is already exclusivity for Euro 50 a night for two on bed and breakfast. The person you call stranger was actually the owner making up your room and yes they also live on site. We had to move you room following the lock that was broken. Indeed we are among the best locations otherwise we would have not had MAIA a 5* hotel next to our property with a superb beach.
