« C'est évident qu'avec le prix affiché, on ne peut s'attendre à du 5 étoiles mais il y a des limites. C'est désuet, mal propre, ça pu, aucun service et que dire de notre climatisation défectueuse. Les photos du site ont probablement été prises à l'ouverture il y a plusieurs années parce que l'état du bâtiment présentent est épouvantable. Du jamais vu..... »

« I enjoyed my stay - my room was nice, clean , and quiet. Staff were all very helpful and polite. My only complaint is that there was no closet or even wall pegs to hang up a coat or garment back so my suit wouldn’t be wrinkled. With fall weather coming, people will need to have some place to hang up jackets rather than having to throw them over the sofa. »

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« Returned to stay at the property and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Also parked at the Woods-Allies garage, which was cheaper and easier to get out of. One strange occurrence: I booked a room on the top floor and was given a different room on the first day of my stay without notice. Wasn’t a big deal, but thought it was odd. »
